Health is not simply the absence of sickness.
Being healthy means so many things on so many levels. It is not simply the lack of symptoms, nor the absence of (one?) illness. Being healthy involves more: the body, yes, but also the mind and the spirit.
Don’t forget to look after yourself during this weekend. Gather your tribe, enjoy good company, feel the grass under your feet, breathe in clean air – or if needs be, take some time by yourself. Dance to your tune.
