Be there for others,
but never leave yourself behind.
This is something I struggle with myself. My days are often filled with (far too many) things to do as opposed to things I would like to do. But it’s a fact: it’s important to look after yourself; you cannot help others when your own cup is running empty. And that is particularly true for a healer – as well as for a mum; but it’s true for everybody.
So, don’t forget to take time out for yourself. Time to sort out your emotions, time to enjoy silence, time to reconnect to your own self.
Let this be an autumn when you keep yourself in mind as well as all the rest of the world.
