Dreams are illustrations… from the book your soul is writing about you.
Marsha Norman
Dreams are often a powerful experience and a dream journal can be a powerful tool to understand ourselves better.
I would encourage you to give it a go. Dreams are fresher as soon as you wake up, so soon after you’ve waken up do get a few minutes to recall what you were dreaming about and try to jottle it down. No need to write everything down; just a few pointers are most likely enough, particularly with very powerful dreams. Then, when you are calm and have some time, read what you wrote again – the content will surprise you and you are surely going to be able to shed light on what you dreamt about.
And if you need some help, do get in touch! A reading can surely help.
