This is probably what stays the most with me after meditation: the certainty that we are all one. That we are all bound together, everything is connected. Everything. Literally the entire planet (and I’d say the entire cosmo) is one.

So when circumstances seem to highlight differences, when people are put against other people, when you feel separated from Nature or from other fellow human beings… pause and think. … “All things are bound together. All things connect.”

We ARE one.
